cannot browse internet using wirless connection

hi,
im using windows xp sp2. somethig very strage is happenening with my computer. i cannot browse the internet with my wireless connection. however i can talk with ventrilo online no problems. i can also play Enemey territory online. the only things that do not work are msn messenger and my browser. i should say that i am connecting via linksys router and that the wireless connection works just fine with my laptop.when i connect my the computer with a network cable via my router ..everything is working properly. i tried re-cnofigure my router but with no results
please help guys....any ideas?

You could do one of two things.

1) Try another browser such as Firefox from www.mozilla.com

2)Go into Internet Options->Connections Tab and remove anything that is in the "dial-up and virtual vpn" box. Next go into LAN Settings and un-check anything that is checked. Click OK. Next, click on "Setup" beside "setup internet connection". Select the following options in the wizard, "Connect to the Internet", "Set up the connection manually", "Connect using a broadband connection that is always on" and then click Finish.

Let me know if either of those will work for you.
