Im unable to use my voice device for messenger or recording purpose. DirectX diagnosis states that my voice device is currently being used by another audio program. Cant fix this problem need your help, Please.

i think you might have a sound card issue, or another program in the back is using it, lets do 2 things,

1) can you hear music sounds or like game sounds

2) please download and run the HiJackThis program, that can be found in my signature, and paste a log back here...make sure you close all programs and open windows...do not delete any of the items that apper after you scan unless told so by a staff member
