In one of friends computer gmail is opening but the chat feature is not working. It says that "we are experiencing technical difficulties", but on my PC its working fine. Any ideas?

you say on your PC it's fine...is that logged into your GMail account or his? can he try logging on to his GMail account on your computer and see if the chat works there?

He tried to open HIS account from MY PC and it worked fine.

then it's something on his end i would imagine
follow these instructions on his computer...before running ATF make sure to close all open browsers and programs to be safe....once you're done try gmail again
