I just bought a new computer with VISTA premium. I am beginning to think I made a mistake.
I guess it is OK....but there are sooooo many things that are in VISTA compared to XP.
I see there are a lot of training manuals on the market.
I am pretty much of a novice computer person and I really don't do anything fancy....I do use WORD a lot.
Do you have a suggestion on the best way to learn how to use VISTA i.e best manual?

Thanks,
Tim

Howdy:

I am sure you are going to get many suggestions here with a variety of reading material.

I found the "Dummies Guide To " books to be one of the easier manuals to grasp.

Helped me with a few programs.

I have gotten to the point where I would rather use Vista over my XP or openSUSE. :)

In the help menu on Vista there is a "Learning Center" you can use.
A book might be a better choice though, then you won't get lost in windows.

Just do things one step at a time. You can't learn everything in one day.

If you need help to figure something out just post a question. :)
