Almost everytime I open a new window of internet explorer (6) I get a second ie6 pop-up that usually closes itself within half a second. It's not an ad, just a blank window. This second hidden window will continue to run in my processes until I go there and kill it manually. And sometimes when I do kill the pop-up it takes the explorer bar at the bottom of the screen with it. I don't think it's a memory problem.
