Realtech audio issue

the computer is a new acer aspire with windows vista there is no audio what soever nothing is muted came as such from the box no yellow ! in device manager newest driver installed dxdiag report is attatched any help much apreciated

my suggection is go to realtek web site down load the latest driver and try that I had same trouble with my asus drivers theres worked great.

turns out it was faulty equipment the jack in the back of the speakers was busted and only wth moving it till in just the correct spot would it work the solution came to getting some regular speakers and just using those
