Zone Alarm says myFTP.exe is trying to access internet

I am receiving an alert from ZoneAlarm that myFTP.exe is trying to access the internet. This is not a program I am familiar with. I have been researching on google and it says it could be a worm. An advisor on GTG and I just restored my computer last night from infection. Any information on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
