My apologies for this post in advance, but I almost don't know where to start. As a (I thought) somewhat tech-savvy person, it is amazing that my computer is infested with viruses, trojans, and malware, but I'm afraid it is. Having purchased and run about 5 different antivirus/spyware programs for about $40 each, I am doing a little better, but still infected. I feel like I sent my PC on a spring break swinger's trip to Bangkok.

So far, Spy Sweeper (with Antivirus) says I have the following:

Behavioral found: Mal/HckPk-A
Virus found: Troj/Bckdr-QJL
Virus found: Troj/Virtum-Gen
Virus found: Troj/Agent-GFU
Behavioral found: Mal/Emogen-G
Behavioral found: Mal/Heuri-E
Virus found: Troj/Agent-GIX
Behavioral found: Mal/ObfJS-T

This is after I have run the program no less than 4 times and attempted to quarantine/delete these files.

Can someone kindly help? I will attach/run whatever you need to clean my PC up. Thank you very much and my apologies for the ignorance.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
