Hi,
I have had problems with malware in the past, and other people have tried to help, so I might not be able to give a full history of what's happened.
Main problems: add/remove programs is gone from the control panel
can't install from setup.exe things like itunes

Followed the malware removal guide:
ATF cleaner - fine
System restore point - says it can't, and to reboot the computer. No change on reboot
AVG anti-spyware - took 4 hours to run in safe mode, removed 6 things. Report below
Super anti-spyware - won't install
Pandascan - won't download the active x
AVG anti-virus - this is the anti-virus software I use. Didn't find anything
Windows updates - won't download
Hijack this - ran, log and uninstall list below.
