I am an IT staff working as a computer engineer in a madia firm. I am having problems reset a bios password on HP laptop(510 Notebook). Is it the normal process of removing the CMOS Battery as usual or is there any other way thats software related. I also wanna ask where do I locate the Cmos battery on the laptop. Thanks.

I'm sorry but we can't help you here. There is no way for us to verify that you're actually the owner of the laptop.
I would recommend contacting HP directly and asking them for help. They will also require that you provide some proof of ownership I'm sure.
