At my wits end ! [bleep] you Malware !

I'm hoping there is someone out there who has the expertise and know how to help me in my predicament. I admit i am no expert, but i thought i'd make an effort and try to resolve this prblem on my own. I found some very good advice relating to my precise problem ( Cid web sites appearing constantly ) and followed the instructions given to me ; ie, downloading various programmes such as AVG anti spywar, Spy bot search and destroy, Ad Aware SE pro, and Ad watch, lavasoft Ad aware Se pro and hijack this. I have run some of these programmes as instructed in safe mode, BUT THE PROBLEM WON'T GO AWAY !!!

Can some one please take a look at my hijack log - and let me know what i can do.

I'd be eternally grateful.
