Hi, I have been able to connect to itunes before, but last night when i tried to download some new artwork and new songs, it came up with this message;

'Artwork for... could not be found. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again'

I have tried re-installing itunes, disabling my firewall, checking my network connection, etc.

I really dont understand why it isnt connected, as only last week I was able to connect, and when I run diagnostics on itunes, it states that everything is ok and that it can connect to the itunes store successfully.

Has anyone got any ideas??

Thanks, Jo :)
