Try using Mico$oft's IIS version 5.1 or whatever comes with Win XP. Google for the information on this or visit M$'s Knowledge database. You can set it up as an Intranet server and allow people access. It's rather complicated, but check it out.

Otherwise, look into installing some free server, like Apache, on your PC and follow install instructions for its use.
