I am using word in windows xp and printing to a lexmark laser printer (Model T622). I am trying to print 4x6 postcards and word keeps on prompting me that the margins are set outside of the printable area. The doc is set to a 6x4 document but the printer does not think that it can print that close to the edge. i also tried setting up a 7x5 doc to trick the printer but it still says that it is printing outside the printable area. please help...

In control panel > printers, selection your printer, choose properties, then check printing preferences button....what size paper have you set there?

i read one of your other posts and i have already set up a form size called postcard with the appropriate measurements. i think in the properties in the general tab the paper available does not have a 4x6 postcard option and i need to somehow add it there.

ANY IDEAS ON HOW I CAN SAVE IT? OR WOULD IT ALREADY SHOW UP WITH CUSTOM OPTIONS OR USER DEFINED OPTION?
