Looks like it may be a memory problem...let's run some diagnostics on the RAM.

Click on the Start orb and type memory in the search field at the bottom. At the top of the Start Menu, you should see "Memory Diagnostics Tool"...click on that. It will open a window asking if you want to restart now to run the diagnostics or if you want to run it on the next start. Choose to restart now and let it run the test and restart itself when the test completes. When you log back on to Windows, you will be given the results...let me know what those results are.

ok, i did it, but then it went by to fast for me to see the results, and it was a straight black screen when it restarted itself. i am going to try again in the morning..thanks again!!
