I am running Windows XP (SP2) Media Center on a Dell Laptop. In the past 2 weeks it is taking over 8 minutes for the system to shut down. Once I select "turn Off" the icons are removed but the background picture remains for up to 8 minutes or more before shutting down. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I had Norton Internet 2008 but removed this and it still takes forever to close. I have attached the Hijack this file.
