Dear Zoloa37,
I was advised by "SafeEyes" tech support the following:
In your allowed site list, please add the following sites:
*.apple.com
*.edgesuite.net
*.itunes.com
I also added . au extensions as well, since my purchases are from Oz. It is more relieable, though I am still not completely satisfied. A re-start is required more often than not for me to access the store.
Have ago and let me know what happens.
Paul.

We would assume that your problem is fixed now? If not try to reinstall I tunes.

It is peculiar. Sometimes no issue and other times I am left wondering. Close down iTunes and re-open after a decent pause and all is fine...??? If this does not work, then a restart is almost guaranteed to work. ???
Still working through it. When all is fine it drifts to the bottom of the to do list, when it becomes an issue again, I continue to play/experiment with SafeEye's settings.

I've never had an issue with I Tunes. But a few people have... I blame it on system incompatibility or bad ram.
