That just confirms to me that it's most likely a flash player issue.

Older versions of flash player do not play well with the newer versions and the uninstaller package that comes with flash player is not all that great. Let's make sure we get rid off all the old version files and reinstall the one version I just had you download.

Please download this Adobe Flash Uninstaller, run it on the machine to remove flash player completely, and reboot. Then install the newly downloaded flash player and reboot again. Try the page again.

I need to get a little better look at what's on the machine. Please download WinAudit and run it on the machine. Save a report as described in this Tutorial (I need only the file named right.html)...then e-mail the report to me. I'll PM you with my e-mail address.

I'd also like to have you post me a HiJackThis log so I can see what's loading on startup. Run HiJackThis on the machine having it "Scan and Save a log". Attach the log to your next reply.
