Aurora popups...yet another

I've seen plenty of topics about the Aurora named popups and thought i'd throw my hat in the ring as well. I can't get rid of this for the life of me. I've run SpyBot, AdAware and HijackThis. My list is as follows:

Hi ZenKaiser,

Make sure Ad-Aware is completely updated, and do a full system scan. Then post the results of the scan in the Lavasoft Support(Ad-Aware) forum and see how much they can help you. If they can't get the problem taken care of, then they will refer you to the Malware Removal Forum, and they will be able to get rid of the rest of the problems.
