If I go into C:\Users\ and attempt to delete a folder, It calculates the files and the space, and then comes up a box which says 'Try Again' or 'Cancel' at the bottom.. I deleted the User from the PC, but the folder in C:\Users\ won't delete even on Administrator.

I really need help

Try right clicking "my computer" and selecting properties. Then click on "advanced system settings". On the "advanced" tab there should be a user profiles section, click the "settings" button.

Select the profile you want to delete and click the delete button. That should get rid of the user folder for you.
