Please understand that when your friend bought NOD32 he bought a license which is valid only for HIS personal use (assuming he even bought it himself) meaning it was illegal for him to "give" you a copy, the Terms of use here at GeeksToGo! do not permit us to help you with obtaining cracked software. There are some free alternatives out there such as AVG and Avast! that do a great job in protecting your computer.
Registry mechanic is a useful tool in maintaining your registry and won't do you any harm to run it once in a while.

for nod32 i found that my father had a license and i can scan easily.now there is no problem with my computer.

one more question if i find problems in registry mechanic and it doesn't repair them(as you said they are leftovers)it would be any problem with my computer later on?
