RunDLL error

Each time I start my computer i recieve a message that says: runDLL error c:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\LBXTtime

also, when i try to open my RecordNow! program, it says that no compatible drivers or CD-roms could be found.

Anybody know what's going on?
