Got a blue screen sayins something about not finding lisenced language

This happens every time I activate my windows vista,it says activation successful please restart,so I restart and I get a blue screen about not finding any licensed language packs...Please tell me what to do, I can restore my pc to a restore point before the activation but I need to activate it,please help me!!!
