recycle bin missing

ok my recycle bin is missing did a restore back one week still missing wear can I find or restore it.

Hello,
This is a common problem.
Please open "computer" in a minimized window.
In the lower left list find recycle bin.
Drag recycle bin to the desktop.
This should give you a short cut icon to the recycle bin on your desktop.

An easier way to get it back is to right click your desktop, click on personalize and then on the left hand side you should see change desktop icons, you can readd it to your desktop from there.
