These beep codes you are getting are these long beeps or short beeps?
I would try one of 2 things
re-seat your ram and make sure it is in firmly
check your keyboard
I would check them first and also make sure everything else is ok, also if you have a spare ketyboard try that bios beep codes to vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but I would firstly check your ram.

I noticed in your first post you said you recently upgraded your ram and I would like you to try putting the old ram back in for me and see if you get the same thing, if you do I would think you have got faulty ram but just to make sure I would like you to download and run memtest you can download memtest from here

To reset your bios turn the machine off and take the battery out of the motherboard. (its round so you will have no problems finding this) and then put it back in, i normally wait a few seconds.
In your bios you may have a setting called loads factory defaults / loads failsafe defaults you could also try that
To confirm memtest is not ran when the pc is in normal mode this is ran off a cd and the iso can be found here but you will need to burn this on another pc. memtest
But like you said try resetting the bios first.

#1 unplug the PC, open the case, pop the CMOS battery (looks like a watch battery) out of the motherboard, hold the power button in for 30 seconds or so, put it back in, then plug the pc back in and start it up, you'll have to reset the system time in the bios after that
#2 boot the PC and when the bios splash screen shows up press the button that your system tells you to press to get into setup (usually f2 or del), once in bios find the key you have to press to load failsafe defaults (usually on the "exit" page)

3 beeps TENDS to be RAM issues (all bios revisions can be different so it's always a best guess)
what method did you use to check the ram?

did you make that change or did it do it on it's ownthe only thing that had changed was the memory configuration from 533mhz to 667mhz when i exited the bios it went black and started beeping
turn the machine off...take one of the sticks of ram out and boot the computer....does it boot up? if so turn it off and swap the sticks and try again....basically get down to one stick of ram in the machine at a time and see if either causes the error when in there by themselves
