WMP 11 sync help

i dont know if this is posted in the correct place, but i need some help.
when i sync my media files to my micro sd, it syncs each music file into a seperate folder.
heres how it creates its folders.
(drive letter)-Music-(Artist)-(Album)-(File).mp3
i just want it to be
(drive letter)-MEDIA-(File).mp3
it doesnt have to sync with the MEDIA folder, as i can simply cut and paste from music into MEDIA.

oh and also, no comments along the lines of
"why don't you just use (Personal Media Player Choice) instead? It's soooo much better!"
