After getting Vista running again, one of the problems I came accross wast the installation on update KB938371 - The one you need to install SP1.

Steps of what happens:

I install it (automatic or standalone)
I am prompted to restart my computer.
I restart.
Whilst restarting, Configuring updates, stage 1 & stage 2 go fine, then gets stuck at stage 3
It restarts, and tries again, but doesn't win.
Quite long wait - 'Updates did not configure correctly. Reverting Changes'
Another restart then windows boots.

Any help on installing it?
