I could not uncheck tick in Explorer Advanced Internet Options

I found in the net recomendation to uncheck this item, but when I trying to do it and restart IE ver.7 I have switched it on again. Suppose that NIS 2008 could not allow me to do it how to decide this problem?

why do you want to disable this item? From a security perspective, I would recommend leaving it checked.
