Your best option would be Virtual PC with the old OS's installed. If your PC is able to boot from USB you may be able to boot Windows 98 from a USB memory stick, and DOS from bootable floppies.

Thanks for the reply. Why does Windows 98 have to be running? The games should run fine with a bootable floppy. So you think it should be a Windows 98 bootable?

Some games will require DOS--no problem, you can load it from floppies.
Some games require Windows, but aren't XP compatible. Windows 98 would be the best choice for these, but it can't be loaded from floppies.

Ok when I make a bootable floppy, what version of Windows do I make?

A "Windows" bootable floppy, actually loads DOS. This is so you can access your system to perform the installation.
It won't load your system drivers (sound, video, etc.). Windows 98SE bootable floppy would be a good choice for most purposes.
