Hiya guys I really need help and have been pointed to this site to try get some proper advice.

1. So the problem is that 90% of the time atleast once a day my pc crashes for things such as loading FF or anything as little as that..... then i cannot do anything except press Ctrl - Alt - del which then brings up 'security options failed' then i cannot get any further......

I've googled this and other people have experienced this problem too but dont know if anybody has a solution yet...... People have said its sopmething to do with your anti virus protector so last night I installed AVG 8.0 , Adaware 2008 and SUPER anti spyware .. i also have registry medic.

But the problem still occured when i ran all the tests and dleted the ugs i had on my pc which was the odd couple.....

2.Another problem i have had is all of a sudden when im playing a game it is really jumpy and buggy, then crashes and i've noticed that my RAM goes upto using like 70-80% which i think is too high. These games were Oblivion and Dawn of war: soulstorm.... Not too demanding on my pc I'll tell you the specs just for more infromation.

Vista 32 bit operating system

Intel Pentium D 3.2 GHz

2GB RAM

150 GB SATA HD

5.0 Score on vista which isnt too bad.

So i shouldnt be crashing when playing games.

If anybody has any solution to these 2 problems please respond as its so annoying and only can get to properly go on the pc without it doing it 25% of the time.....

Thanks :)
