Pandora.tv help..? Videos don't seem to load much

hi

i am trying to view videos from pandora.tv but they don't seem to load a lot. The ad before the video works without a hitch, but the actual video only loads about 5 seconds for me to watch, then it just freeze frames. i wait for the rest to load, but it never does.

please help..?
