Possible Rootkit?

Hi! This is my grandfathers computer and I told him I would fix it for him. I followed all the directions under the "Read before posting Section" as well.

I seem to have rid of most of the malware, spyware, viruses, etc.. But I have a suspision that there may be a rootkit. The AVG resident has come up multiple times warning me of a threat, and they are always in the same registery folder (somewhere in the restore folder). It hasn't done it for a few hours now; however, I want to make sure the computer is clean before I give it back to him.

Can you take a look? Here is the HJT log...thanks!

Also, Is it ok to have AVG shield and Super Anti-Spyware running together?
