No, it is vista only, also i think i may have found the problem, it was caused by JKDefrag, although i'm not sure until tomorrow if my restore points are still there by tomorrow then it was caused by jkdefrag, if they ARE gone by tomorrow then it means i'm infected with some stupid rootkit killing my system restore

Well it was JKDefrag, the problem has been solved.
