i cant open my gmail,myspace, or photobucket account

every time i try to open my myspace page or my gmail or even my photobucket account it does'nt load....also i cant upload files to my two websites that i run and apparently i cant edit the html? is this a virus? or is my system corrupted? a firewall issue? im stumped so far.
