I recently downloaded a new firewall program as my old ones licence expired and I installed it. I had to reboot the system to complete the installation. When I was logging in it took about 5 minutes longer than usual and when I logged on the computer was really sluggish. I tried to acces the internet and I couldn't it said the network could not be found, even though i know that it is because I am on the other computer now. Then I tried to go to Help and Support to restore the computer and it just said that Help and Support can't be opened. I ran my virus scan (AntiVir) and the result came up clean but no matter what I do it doesn't fix it HELP!!!! I need to finish a Uni paper this week and this is really not helping. :)
