Network really laggy?

Hey, Um not sure if this is in the right board, But I have my xbox connected through my wireless laptop by an ethernet cable, Xbox live was playing fine, Untill i rebooted my laptop, I can get onto xbox live, And it plays but its really jumpy.

Was hoping someone maybe able to help me out
