Comp infected with MS AV

My computer got infected with MS AV. I ran the Malware to remove it and it removed 8 items. There is however a "Security Toolbar" with a security level on my toolbar. I cannot seem to delete this. Also in my control panel there is still an icon for MS AV.

I need help analyzing the hijackthis log. My computer has been running slow and I recently took off the MS AV spyware. I would like to make sure that everything is ok. My current log is as follows:
