Hello and good evening, unfortuneately, I'm pretty sure my computer has been hacked. Can anyone please help!!!

First, I can't access certain programs, files, and even some of the settings on my pc and I am the only administrator account. It gives me some kind of message saying access denied, or something like that.

I'm not sure what else you need to know to help me, but please let me know asap!! Thank you!
