For some reason I am getting this error code (Explorer.exe The Application Failed to Initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click Ok to Terminate the Application) whenever I try to log into my computer. I put in my password and then this message comes up and nothing happens it wont go to my desktop or anything. I then restarted and logged into my machine through safe mode and everything works. I tried to run a windows update to see if I was missing an update or something but in Safe Mode it will not let me run Windows updates. I also went to add and remove programs and tried to uninstall the most recent application I installed to see if that was the problem but once again I can not uninstall anything in safe. If someone could help me out with this problem I would really appreciate it thanks.

Hi there,
Something might be wrong with your system file especially your Explorer.exe

Try this and see if it works,
After logging into your window, if nothing comes out, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del,
Then click at File > New Task (Run)
A new window will prompt out asking you to load a command for new task.
Put "Explorer.exe" without the quotes and hit "Ok".

Hopefully it does run. If it does not help, you might need to repair your window. You can refer below link in our forum on how to repair your windows.

When all else fails...... its time to use Windows Repair with your windows disk :)
You might need to re-install some of you App's to correct a few problems but it will more than likely fix this. There's still a 10% chance that the problem will persist though if its a major issue.
