Please help me, my laptop is very slow, it takes like 10 min just to use it, when i put a video it plays fine but with time it starts to jump and it freezes. Some times I have had to restart the computer or just manually turn it off because it keeps on thinking and doesn't do nothing, please help me I have an exam on Monday I need the laptop. Pleas help me ASAP.
