This is a brand new computer and i am unable to figure out what is wrong. I did a diagnostic test and the hard wear is fine. I also used CCCleaner, aaw2008 and McAfee and still unable to fix it. Here is my log. I just want to say thank you for taking time out and helping me. Computer was so slow i had to do a System Restore. It is so slow that it is impossible to even open internet explorer. I believe it is a trojan because, someone withdrawed money from my bank account and did it by having access to my personal info.

  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
