My Norton antivirus has detected msansspc.dll on my computer. It will not remove it on its own and need some assistance in removing it from my machine.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks

I have run Malwarebytes and nothing was found (See below). I also just re-checked my Norton Anti-virus and it says that the msansspc.dll was quarantined but says the status is "infected." Don't know if it was removed or not. Any help on where to go from here would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

My computer is very slow now...the performance is near 100% when opening a new website.

Also....my norton antivirus just picked up another virus.....A0050111.dll

It says it quaratined it but not sure if it is off my computer. Don't know if this is related to the first trojan infection.

Thanks again.
