You just have to keep using your computer in this state.

most of the time the error occurs possibly due to idleness on the computer

Leave it on overnight, and see what happens.

It's probably because the computer was on idle mode, yeah. I got on this morning and I still got the blue screen error.

Hmmm...
Get a can of compressed air, turn computer off, open the case, and give it a good cleaning.
While cleaning fans, hold the blades with a pencil.

Hm. I don't think I'll do that one yet because this computer is new. I don't think it's collected enough dust to have it occur. (Besides, my dad told me this blue screen started a little after we got the new computer)

Any other suggestions, or should I just live with it?

You never said, the computer was new. Is it still under warranty. Your dad saw that error from the very beginning, and he didn't do anything about it?

That's what he said anyway. I didn't notice it myself until a few weeks ago. Might ahve to do with a game I installed, so I'm trying that theory.

Wait a minute. I jsut noticeds that I have more than one disk drive. Would it be possible that one of the other drivers is causing the issue?

Like I have my main drive, C:, plus the disk drive D, then a Compact Flash USB device, an SM/xD-Picture USB device, an SD/MMC USB Device, and an MS/MS-Pro USB device.

Think removing the latter four would fix the error?

Most likely, your hard drive is partitioned into C (main partition), and D (recovery partition - do NOT touch it!).
The others, are simply ports, located on the front of your computer. They're for different kind of memory cards.

Once again, if the computer is still under warranty, take advantage of it.

Well, removing those did work a little bit. Now I'm getting a new error. Something about fltmgr.sys into a Page fault into a nonpaged area blue screen.

Whatever that means.

Most likely, yes.

Actually, I was hoping that I would reserve that warranty thing until the end, but if that's what's necessary to fix it, we might as well just lock this topic.
