My homepage is repeatedly being reset to "http://aqliw.dll/ind...ex.html#27063". Also, if I do any type of search, a new browser is opened that performs a search at "search-all-fast.com". This thing is killing my resources. I've scanned several times using spysweeper and ad-aware, but when I fix them, it temporarily resets my home page, but if I open or close Internet Explorer, the hijack reappears. Actually, the hijack will reappear simply after the browser's been in use for a while.

I used HiJack this and the log is confusing to me. Here's my log from Hijack This. Any help would be appreciated....

Hey thanks for the reply! It lloks like the hijack has cleared my files, but I'm still recieving popup ads and my recently installed Webroot's Spy Sweeper is telling me something is trying to hijack my browser again....here's my log.

ok...additionally, in my add/remove area under control panel i have shopping wizrd and home search assistant icon. I used uninstall pro to "force" a remove but that seems to not have worked...i'm still getting the annoying popups and notices from spysweeper that something is trying to hijack my browser

I'm really frustrated now....It's back!..after I ran hijackthis! in safe mode a few times and removed the nasties I get this executeable file call addkz32.exe that keeps replacing itself in my registry in windows/sys32....I remove and then no sooner than I save my log and bring hijackthis up to scan it again, it's baaack! take a look at my log and tell me what I'm missing...

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working.
