Flash video connection loss

Almost every time I try to watch flash video, I lose wireless internet connection at some point in the video (making it impossible to watch a whole video). When it happens, I have to disconnect and reconnect. After I reconnect, my internet works fine until I try to watch another video. Any help would be greatly appreciated (life without YouTube is horrible!)
