i have problom end question


The system was working fine until i powered it off and tried to reboot. All i can see is a desktop picture I put up. All the desktop icons are gone. Even the start button at the bottom is gone do no wht to do
this is my problem

I'm sorry, I cannot understand a thing you wrote....I get that a window is popping up and you don't want it to....but the rest.....

I have the same probleme. Windows start normal but there is no icons or task bar. By opeing task manager I can then run programs. I have not delete anything. I am useing panda as antivirus software. Is this a virus, I have boot up in safe mode same probleme. Even tride a repair of windows same thing. I tride to open control panel but no luck. I think there is a lot of others with the same probleme.

Plz help
