Hi and A GREAT NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY!

Some days ago some viruses (Trojans, I suppose) came into my PC. The malware was putting and putting links to porn web pages on my desktop and trying to make me install a "protection tool" (that is other malware).
By several tools, I got rid of them (at least, so I think), but since then I can't update AVG and Ad-Aware.
It seems as the connection with the server is unable to be set up.
Besides, as I surf, the browser (Firefox) prompts for a plugin missing, that is Flash Player (already installed and well working before infection). As I allow automatic plugin installation, Firefox fails ("no plugin installed"). With manual installation it redirects me to Adobe site to download the plugin. So I do but, when I run it, installation breaks with an info box like "There is not enough free space. Please free 5000 KB." Of course, on the hd tere's a lot of free space.
Also Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware update feature fails, just as the AVG and Ad-Aware ones.

What can I do?

Thank you very much for any hint.
