does DSL require a phoneline?
because i'm moving soon
and i don't really want to install a phoneline because i never use it
all i use is me cellphone
but i wanna use DSL

Howdy:

Yes, you need a phoneline for DSL.. That doesn't mean you need a hard-wired phone number though.. I would check with the DSL providers in your new area for their requirements!!
