Hi guys it looks like I have an OS issue because I cleaned my computer with GreyNight and my computer is now malware/virus/spy-ware free but unfortunately this issue I've been having with folders in my user directory is still present.
my
I've tried deleting the duplicate folders but they just come back so I tried changing their location but I think that I might have made the problem worst by changing locations. Hopefully someone here has some experience with what I'm talking about because I really don't want to reinstall vista \.

thanks a million

See, what happens, when you don't try hard enough to explain your problem?...LOL

Are you talking about "Contacts", and "Desktop" folders, or there is more doubles?

I believe the problem persists in my Contacts, Documents, and my desktop folder. I was changing the file location trying to isolate and delete the additional folder but this route caused more duplicate folders to be created in the new locations as well as bringing back the folders to the original location thus leaving me with twice as many problems.
