Hotmail issue

I used to be able to get into my hotmail account anytime I wanted and now all of a sudden I am not being refuse to connect with hotmail. I get this alert message

The connection was refused when attempting to contact loginnet. passport.com

My husband has be doing alot of downloading and I wonder if it has something to do with that .So can someone please help me!!! :tazz:

if hubby was doing a lot of downloads, could be malware. Work through the link at the top of this forum, where it says "Do you suspect a malware (Spyware, Virus, Trojan) infection? Please start here. ". Click the link and work though the guide. :tazz:
